Each towel is made to order which may increase processing time during times of increased orders.

If you live in an apartment complex or are getting your package delivered to an office building, please ensure that you put your apt or unit number

1234 Main St, unit 3 

1234 Main St, Suite 7  

If your package is going to a business address, please include your business name on your order!

Once you get your order confirmation, check that everything is correct, if you see a mistake please reach out to us prior to shipment either by email, or message us on instagram & we will gladly fix that for you to ensure your package gets delivered to the correct place!

After your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any delays that occur via carrier

IF YOUR PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO AN INVALID ADDRESS, WE WILL ASK THAT YOU PAY THE SHIPPING COST FOR THE PACKAGE TO BE DELIVERED AGAIN.
