SKIN GOALS ESTHETICS® POLICY

Scheduling Policy:
All appointments require a valid credit or debit card to be placed on file to book your appointment. This is required to confirm and hold your appointment with a $25 deposit. You may use other payment options to pay your balance. All skin care orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering.  

Accepted forms of payments: Cash,
Credit / Debit, Zelle, Apple Pay, or Venmo.

- card & electronic payments will have an extra processing fee. 


Cancellation / Reschedule Policy:
All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you will be charged the full service amount. If you reschedule your appointment within 24 hours you will be charged 50% of the service amount. If you no call no show, you will be charged the full service amount. These fees are non-refundable.

Late Policy:
Please be on time to your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and you can reschedule for another date. Your appointments are only booked for your scheduled time, being late can interfere with other appointments for that day.
